Salary: up to 9K AED plus fuel allowance depending on your qualification and experience

About the Client:
A property development company offering first class one-stop solutions for landlords.

Job Description:
• Liaising & coordinating with the Sales & Leasing Manager upon an interest from potential new or departing tenants to ensure a smooth move in and move out.
• Managing and ensuring that the Management-set properties leasing SOP procedures are followed prior to requesting approvals for new/renewal tenancy contracts, as well as ensuring that the exit formalities (SOP) set is followed when tenants vacate the premises.
• Following up and collecting rental payments from tenants, replacing cheques, and following up on bank transfers when required and coordinating the same with the Accounts Manager.
• Conduct visits to various properties under the name of the company, attend to the tenant complaints 24/7, and supervise the maintenance of the properties under the assigned and approved maintenance company.
• Liaising with the Managing Director during the project period and after completion of the Projects by confirming the BOQ of the building materials before the purchase, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Salary:
AED 8,500 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelors degree in Business Management or Engineering
• At least 2 years related experience in Property Management (commercial & residential) within UAE
• Knowledgeable about the laws and legislation in property including RERA and statutory requirements related to building and inspection works.
• Excellent computer literacy and the ability to use a variety of IT systems to record and process data.
• Must have a UAE driving licence and a car.
