Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a Property Manager for a leading Asset Management & Property Services company based in Dubai. You will be responsible in managing residential & commercial portfolio of the company;
Role:
• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Arranging the maintenance, Annual renewal of maintenance contractor, or negotiation and appointment of new contractor, if needed
• Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’/clients’ needs
• Negotiate lease agreements/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Liaise with the registered agent to attract tenants and facilitate lease renewals
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Maintaining a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards, Handling Complaints/Emergencies
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• 5+ years proven experience as Property Manager in the UAE
• Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations of Dubai Real Estate laws
• Customer focus, Strong communication and presentation skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of management reporting, including financial updates
• Strong interpersonal skills, Outstanding communication skills
• Professional negotiation abilities
