Property Sales and Leasing Consultant - Dubai
Property Sales and leasing Consultants are sought to join this hugely successful Real Estate company in Dubai, UAE.
The organization has a highly-experienced team, specializing in their respective areas of the Dubai property market. They have agents that specialize in Downtown Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Living and Dubai Marina; all highly sought-after regions of the city.
TITLE: Sales and Leasing Consultant
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
EARNINGS: 50 percent Commission + Residence Visa + RERA Certification + other perks negotiable depending on experience
BENEFITS: Medical insurance, company drivers
Responsibilities include:
• Work within teams dedicated to specific areas within Dubai – become the ‘go to agent’ in your area of specialism.
• Servicing Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants.
• Conducting viewings and market appraisals
• Liaising with administration team to advertise on property portals
Requirements
• Experience as a Sales/leasing Property Consultant
• Proven track record
• Excellent knowledge of property, sales and leasing brokerage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working to targets
• A high level of written and spoken English (additional languages would be advantageous)
• The ability to self-manage
• A full driving license
