Job description / Role
British Property Company is expanding its Dubai office and are looking for determined, driven estate agents with at least 2 years experience to join a winning team.

Property Consultant:
• Lettings Consultant - £55,000 - £85,000 earnings (with no upper limit)
• Sales Consultant - £100,000 - £385,000 earnings (with no upper limit)
(The top earning Consultants earn in excess of £385,000)
The organisation’s relocation experts and HR team will guide you through the process from visa application, to accommodation through to which gym to join – All they need is you.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Generating new instructions by way of cold/warm calling
• Conducting market appraisals/valuations with homeowner/landlord
• Photographing & preparing properties ready for advertising
• Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant/landlord
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
• Full UK driving license
• Must have at least 2 year's estate agency experience.
• To be financially independent to make the move to Dubai
• Cold/warm call calling experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Drive, determination and a team player but also capable to work independently
