Job description / Role
Our client a leading is looking for a highly motivated, innovative, Proposal Coordinator / Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience who will play a key role in proposal management and client development, and will focus on supporting end-to-end proposal development and management, and maintaining a library of proposal materials.
The Proposal Coordinator / Graphic Designer will support the sourcing of new opportunities, assemble and review proposal drafts, edit material and ensure final formatting and layout of proposals.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Project Managers develops proposals for services in response to invitations to bid, and provide guidance to proposal team from inception to completion. Develops the pricing structure, as well as other contract terms and conditions.
- Establishes and maintains client contacts. Strengthens current business ties; coordinates meetings between clients/potential clients and technical or other key individuals.
- Support in preparation of prequalification (PQs), and requests for proposal/information/qualifications (RFQ/RFI/RFQ).
- Support in updating client registrations
- Support in formatting, editing, and proofreading efforts.
- Extract data from CVs and input into company’s format, preparation of business cards and company presentation in PowerPoint as per client requirements.
- Support the successful development of proposals through effective collaboration across stakeholders (internal team, project managers, etc.)
- Build and strengthen the proposals' infrastructure. Also, to help in developing of the content for non-technical parts of the proposals.
- Ensure quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables in line with company branding.
- Maintain a proposals’ library of best practice wording and guidance as well as a database of proposals.
- Support in other administrative tasks as and when required.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Prior similar experience with Engineering and architectural firms is preferred.
- Strong communication skills both written & oral
- Problem solving, planning, and time management skills
- Flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills required with the ability to multi-task
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop
- Understanding of marketing techniques (layout, graphics, strategy-to-win)
- Previous experience in administrative and proposal coordination
