Proposal Officer - Lighting

Job description / Role

* To support sales team based out of me in understanding their lighting requirements and creating proposals which are compliant to the project requirements and also provide value when compared to competitor offers.
* To timely updates all quotes in Oracle CRM and maintain pipeline for sales follow up.
* Assist sales team for sample arrangement by co-ordinating with the factory.
* Timely proposals and revisions with minimum errors.
* Arranging compliance statement for every proposal with supporting documents.
* Oracle updating of all quotes on weekly basis for pipeline update.
* Timely arrangement of all project samples for requested proposals.
* Maintain clear record of all proposals and compliances in a shared drive.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in lighting industry with strong fundamentals on lighting product knowledge.
* Autocad and Dialux knowledge to read lighting layouts is mandatory.
* Ability to understand lighting requirement from specifications and BOQ and create meaningful proposal as per project requirement.
* Maintain clear archive of all proposals, compliance, meeting minutes for project opportunities.
* Assistance to sales team for technical meetings where ever needed for submitted proposals.
* Strong excel skills is mandatory.
* Knowledge on lighting control shall be added advantage.
* Strong technical knowledge to prepare product compliance for the submitted proposals vs customer requirement
* Support sales team for samples arrangement by systematic follow up with the factory.
* Timely update of all proposals in CRM for pipeline updating and sales followups.
