Job description / Role
Objectives:
Our Client is well-known organisation in UAE, and a leader in their specialist field within the Middle East. The company has established itself as a significant master planner in the UAE with world-class iconic destinations and won prestigious accolades. Due to company growth, they are looking to hire skilled specialists into the team.
Main responsibilities:
Provide documents to typing centre, record management – update visa administration information, submit documents for visa administration and work permits, submit documents for commercial and trade licenses business requirements, advise management of best alternative work permit activities for staff in the processing of visas, provide continuous advice in regards to the new rules in the governmental departments, provide continuous update in regards to the developing the visa process and facilitating with the governmental departments, submit documents to the post office or labour office – visa submission, record keeping & monitoring of all application in numbers for the visa, follow up obtaining the labour office approval, paying labour office fees./ change of status fees / transfer visa fees / relative labour card fees/ paying bank guarantees, advising medical tests to the HR executive to schedule, typing, processing labour card & labour contract applications.
Reporting to: PR Manager
Gross monthly base salary: upto AED 3,500 - 7,500 per month + benefits
Requirements
University Qualifications:
• Graduate or equivalent
Nature and length of previous experience:
• 2-4 years of experience with demonstrable knowledge of all PRO functions, working as a PRO in any UAE Emirate
• Good contacts with the Government departments and proven experience in working with them
Specialist knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of Government regulations in regards to visa, employment
• Strong organisation skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Government websites related to visa and medical.
• Computer literate with knowledge of working with MS Office Products.
Language Fluency: Arabic and English
