Purchase & Logistics Coordinator

Job description / Role

- Follow up on PO, update in the system
- Follow up on payment
- Arrange courier shipments by making comparison
- Other Assigned task by HOD
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the purchase and logistics process
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze market trends and negotiate pricing with suppliers to optimize costs
- Create and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent stockouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain to minimize disruptions
- Implement and maintain efficient logistics strategies to improve overall efficiency
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements for shipments
- Provide regular reports and updates on purchase and logistics activities to management

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English/Hindi and additional languages is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
