Position Title: Purchasing Officer
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Leading hospitality company with catering, restaurant, and cloud kitchen operations in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
• Process the purchase orders by Liaising with suppliers or principles
• Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, lead time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from customers, suppliers’ conditions
• Ensure all purchase are approved w/ mandated guidelines
• Assist in the sourcing of locally and overseas for new goods not supplied by regular principal/suppliers
• Maintain HACCP standard at all level- from sourcing products till storage
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years of experience in on the same role
• Ability to work on Microsoft Dynamic 365
• Must be knowledgeable in math and computers to determine pricing and manage financial budgets
