We are extremely solution focused and see matters arising as opportunities to grow and develop.A relevant degree qualification such as a BEd/MEd specializing in Early Years or a Bachelors/Masters in Childhood Studies and an internationally recognized teaching qualification (ex. PGCE, PGDE) or teaching license Minimum of 2 years' experience Familiarity with the IB and/or NCfE and GCSE frameworks and subjects is preferred growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to ensure high performance for all Ability to build strong relationships with students and their families Professional commitment to becoming an High Performance Learning Global Lead Teacher A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills The aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing your career.
