Job description / Role
Objectives:
To carry out all Quality Assurance and Quality Control tasks and prepare the necessary PQP manual and review and checking of construction works. Also arrange the necessary submittals in terms of materials, method statements, etc and follow the approval process.
Main responsibilities:
• Initiate the format to prepare the Project Quality Plan.
• Provide the necessary Support to the Project Management Team in terms of all quality site works.
• Effective QA and QC supporting to the Senior Project Management team
• Review all sub contractors PQPs and ensure compliance on site.
• Follow up all procedures implemented the PQP effectively
• Fair knowledge of ISO or TUV
• Study all project documentation and contract documents and prepare all method statements
• in coordination with the Construction Managers team
• Prepare necessary material submittals and follow up approvals
• Liaison with the Consultant on any tests or factory visits related to the construction
• Must have good knowledge of closing NCR’s or Site observations
• Follow up all Submittals related to Estidama materials requirements
Reporting to: QA/QC Manager
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor Science in Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in UAE in reputed contracting company
