QHSE Manager

Job description / Role

Reputable International Company is looking for a QHSE Manager in Heavy Lifting & Transport field who will be responsible for development of QHSE department and implementation of QHSE culture across the organisation.

Description

Responsibilities:

* Evaluation of company's existing practices, processes and procedures with respect to ISO 9001, 18001 and 14001 Standards & identification of existing gaps.
* Design and development of an integrated QHSE Management System
* Management systems certification against international standards for the existing certifications and for new according to company requirements.
* Participate in investigations of HSE incidents, follow up and verify that corrective actions are effective.
* Developing and mentoring QHSE department
* Developing and delivering QHSE Training programs across the organisation.
* Initiation of new or improved practices, processes and procedures.
* Scheduling and execution of Internal Audit Programs
* Initiation of corrective action in the event of system non-conformance.
* Development and implementation of techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of the company's QHSE systems.
* Generation of regular reports to management on the effectiveness of the QHSE systems.

Requirements

* Bachelor Degree in Engineering
* NEBOSH - Level 3 certified
* ISO Lead auditor certification
* Commitment to continuous improvement in QHSE areas
* Confident and dynamic personality
* 5 years of experience with heavy lifting & transport companies
