Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Quality issue management/Technical support (Middle East and Africa)
- Quality issue investigation & support for solution
- Recall/Service campaign implementation management
- Warranty claim management
- Weekly reports of status and activities

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- More than 7 years of automotive experience in technical area with engineering background
- Fluency in English and Arabic/French language
- Experience in Middle East and Africa
