Quality Executive - Audit

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities and Performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with established protocols.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and manage pivot tables, formulas, and charts for data analysis.
• Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate quality metrics effectively.
• Streamline email workflows for enhanced productivity.
• Efficiently manage and organize email correspondence related to quality processes.

Initiatives
• Improve and streamline the Quality Management System (QMS) for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement processes to reduce errors and enhance overall quality.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to optimize workflows.
• Foster a culture of ongoing improvement among team members.
• Generate regular reports to communicate quality performance.

Salary:
AED 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Candidate must have 2-3 experience with an audit firm
• Candidate must have experience in data analysis
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Candidate must be available immediately.
• Candidate must be in the UAE
