Job description / Role
Reporting to: Principal Designer
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender, pre contract and post contract for fit out work.
- Knowledge of invoicing, getting quantities on lump sum quotation.
- Preparation of additional or variation work.
- Evaluate subcontractor’s invoices as per actual measurement.
- Manage job specific procurement.
- Knowledge of market value/rates
- Knowledge of FIDC
- Study of tender drawings, specifications and identification of BOQ items.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
Duration: Permanent
Probation: 6 months
Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering/ BSc in Quantity Surveyor
- 3 - 5 years of experience in fit out works
Specialist knowledge: FIDIC knowledge
Current Location: UAE only.
