Well established International Build & Civil Engineering Contractor are seeking a Strong Senior Quantity Surveyor that is looking to climb the career ladder within the GCC.
Requirements
You will have significant project experience in the UK Market having dealt with Design & Build, PFI & Large scale Build Projects Ideally they are looking to get someone aged 28-33 Years old with a minimum of 7 Years Post Graduate Experience Ideally exposure on 30 Million Sterling Projects such as Commercial, High Rise, Hotels If you have have 70% Build Bias and some experience on associated civil engineering & infrastructure that would match the exact criteria set by the client You will have the following Ability to manage a small team Manage multi contracts sub contractors Strong letter writing contractual experience Confident.
