Job description / Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work with a diverse range of clients providing a high level of client interface. This is also a rare opportunity to work with developers, making you an experienced, well rounded Quantity Surveyor with cost planning and pre construction experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying and MRICS qualified preferable
- Experience in quantity surveying and cost planning on large schemes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain business relationships.
This position would suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience in cost planning, seeking to expand their experience into team management and involved in fantastic landmark projects within the client side environment.
