Quantity Surveyor Up To 25k Aed For A Construction And Engineering Company In UAE
• Identify potential financial or construction risks
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results

Requirements

• Open to any nationality
• Male, 40 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Management or related field
• At least 3-5 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, oil and gas or related field, preferably w/ ARAMCO experience
• With experience in compiling and following strict budgets and with strong estimating and financial analysis skills
• Identify potential financial or construction risks
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Can start immediately (1-month max)
• Working hours: 8 hours/day
• Work location: UAE
• Salary up to 25,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
