Job Description
- Coordinating with ranking and rating agencies to build relationships for the future
- Attending international events and conferences related to rankings, recognition, and ratings for knowledge and for promoting the institution and brand building
- Proposing solutions to improve academic reputation and employer reputation.
- Liaising with key departments in the University, responsible for tasks related to ranking.
- Engaging in continuous benchmark exercises to compare the University Performance against leading international universities and utilizing insights to guide university decision making and improvement efforts.
- Organizing Ranking events in collaboration with ranking agencies
- Keeping continuous connections with international peers, alumni, and employers
- Maintaining records of all relevant data, and submission to ranking agencies and rating systems, such as QS Stars
- Enhancing the awareness of faculty members about the ranking cause, criteria, and methodologies
- Coordinating the participation of faculty members in ranking events

Requirements

Minimum Qualification
- At least a Ph.D. degree in education or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience
- Experience in University Ranking administration
- Knowledge of and experience with multiple forms of methodologies and indicators for global university ranking systems such as QS, Times Higher Education and ARWU, and global comprehensive university rating systems such as QS Stars; and other recognition systems.
- Demonstrated experience in application requirements, data submission, and management of global ranking systems.
- Ability to form robust academic reputation and employer reputation components related to global rankings
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, would be an advantage
