Job description / Role
The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional real estate services to clients in the UAE market. They will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and be able to offer expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of the buying, selling, and leasing process. The Property Consultant will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in the industry and will be expected to be a strong communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver, with a deep understanding of the unique real estate dynamics in UAE.
- Develop and maintain a network of clients and customers in the UAE market, including potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on local real estate trends, property values, and market conditions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of the real estate transaction process, including property listings, negotiations, inspections, and closing.
- Develop and implement successful marketing strategies to effectively promote properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions, including sales, leases, and rental agreements.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all real estate transactions, including listings, offers, contracts, and closing documents.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure a smooth and successful transaction process for clients.
- Build and maintain a strong reputation for professional and ethical real estate practices and represent RE/MAX positively and professionally
- A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, and leasing.
- A current real estate license, and good standing with real estate regulatory authority; UAE driving license
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market conditions, property values, and real estate regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using real estate technology, such as CRM systems, property portals, and marketing tools.
