Job description / Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for facilitating the purchase, sale, and rental of properties while providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people find their dream homes or investment properties.

Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, ensuring a smooth sales process
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Stay up-to-date with the real estate market and industry trends

Requirements

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Proven track record of sales and customer satisfaction
- Up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and best practices
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai, UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Integrity and a strong work ethic
- Must have a valid Real Estate Agent/Broker license
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and real estate software
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field is a plus
