Real Estate Agent

Job description / Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven track record of successful sales. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property value
- Create and present property listings to potential buyers and renters
- Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the sales process
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process
- Build and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate industry
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and developments

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai, UAE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Strong sales and networking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field (preferred)
- Valid real estate agent/broker license
