• A free two-week training program from scratch at our training center. Certified business coaches with practical experience in real estate will boost your sales skills and help you achieve results in a short time;

• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, sales expertise, customer service orientation,
• Networking ability, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, proficiency in CRM software, understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai, adaptability
• Bilingual or multilingual capability (especially Russian and English)
• Digital marketing savvy, financial acumen, team collaboration, ethical practice, persistence, stress tolerance.

AED 1,000,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
