- Property Listings: Researching property values and crafting compelling listings for online and offline platforms.
- Client Communication: Understanding client needs, sharing market insights, and presenting property options.
- Marketing Strategies: Implementing effective marketing plans, including professional photography and leveraging social media.

Requirements

- Property Viewings: Guiding prospective buyers or tenants through property tours and addressing inquiries.
- Negotiation: Securing favorable terms for both parties in sale or lease agreements.
- Documentation: Ensuring legal compliance and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Client Support: Providing ongoing guidance and assistance throughout the buying or leasing process.
