Job description / Role

Property Shop Investment is looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Property Consultant to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. To be successful as a Property Consultant, you should be proactive and keep abreast of the latest developments in property laws. Ultimately, an exceptional Property Consultant should be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.

Brief job description of the role includes, but not limited to:
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate lead opportunities
- Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and presentation of professional product demonstrations and face to face meetings
- Follow up with new properties & development in the Market
- Sourcing the right prospect from the real estate market and convert him to a buyer
- Respond to all PSI leads within 5 minutes
- Provide one own lead on daily bases
- Prepare documents such as viewing form, MOU contracts and any other document required
- Get Referrals from existing clients
- Use given system access for all transactions activities leads of Transaction updates on daily bases & Reports
- Attend all PSI conducted training related to CRM, tools, and systems you need to use

Requirements

- Preferably 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Arabic Speaker
- Driving License (must) and car
- Flawless and brief communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Negotiating skills with people (both verbal and written)
- Able to join immediately in Abu Dhabi Saadiyat office
