We are looking for Sharp, Energetic and Confident people to join our burgeoning Sales and Leasing team.

This job is about closing deals, so you will rely upon your charm, quick wit and unique ability to read a client and understand their needs.

Ultimately, this industry requires consistency to succeed. This is not a regular 9 to 6 job, working long hours and putting in extra effort always yields results. This industry has the benefit of truly unlimited earning potential, so those who are motivated by money always find the resources to succeed!

We have a very structured process that we work towards and maintaining this structure is key to success. Being on the phone is a large part of this job and as such, you must have thick skin with a positive outlook to survive. In this business, we are dealing with one of the most expensive purchases our clients are likely to make, therefore, emotions can be running high and at the surface at any point during a typical day. You must be able to handle those emotions and still maintain a professional attitude and demeanour.

Most of the skills and technical aspects of the job, can and will be taught to those we bring onboard, but there are certain aspects that are just part of your physical make up. This we cannot teach but we will know if you have it!

Requirements

We are not looking for experience per se but if you have worked as a real estate agent, we are certainly keen to hear from you. People we would also like to hear from must be able to get the basics right, in addition to this, you should also possess/be able to demonstrate the following:

• Ability to drive in the UAE with valid driving license and use of car
• Sales experience of some form (not retail sales but other target driven experience valid)
• Cold/warm call calling experience advantageous
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Drive and determination
• Great interpersonal skills
• A team player but also capable of working independently
