Real Estate Associate for an International Law firm

Our Client, an international law firm, is seeking to hire a mid-level Associate for their Dubai office to work on their Real Estate cases.

The role requires the candidate to think commercially and quickly establish good relationships with clients and other practice areas of the firm (including banking and finance and corporate).

We are looking for an associate who takes initiative and is keen to apply their skill set to the complex transactions offered within the real estate team. The opportunity will expose the successful candidate to cutting edge and high profile transactions, a regional and international client base and all within a collegiate and vibrant team.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have an excellent academic background and strong real estate experience from a top-tier law firm. They are likely to have experience of acting for other important players in the real estate industry such as investors and financiers.

The candidate must be able to think on their feet and willing to take the lead on designated tasks. The candidate must also interested in business development and be willing to play a pivotal role in marketing initiatives.

An experience of hospitality sector work and regionally used structures such as strata titling, master communities, musataha and usufruct arrangements would be beneficial but is not essential.
