Job description / Role
- Determine market price and compare a property with similar
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between investors , buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales .
- Generate lists of property for sale ,financing options and opportunity for investing
- Maintain knowledge of real estate law, local economies fair housing law and types of available mortgages , financing option .
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements ,closing statements ,deeds and leases .
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements ,open houses and participation in multiple listing services .
