COMMISSION ONLY ROLE AS A SALES OR LEASING BROKER
THE JOB
• Cold-calling to build portfolio
• Market properties on all websites
• Register buyers/tenants
• Conduct viewings and follow-up calls
• Negototate deals
• Compile MOUs/tenancy contracts
THE BENEFITS
• Uncapped income - the top brokers regularly take home AED 100,000 each month
• On target for leasing brokers - AED 20,000
• On target for sales brokers - AED 40,000
• On target for senior brokers - AED 50,000
• Holiday allowance of at least 25 days a year
• Medical insurance
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 100,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• At least 1 years’ experience working in Dubai real estate as a broker
• A born seller and negotiator
• UAE driving licence
• Happy to work commission only
• Confident
• Hard working
• Energetic
• Self -motivated to succeed and be the best
• Highest professional standards in dress and manner
