Requirements

• Has at least 1 year experience in Dubai real estate market.
• Has a proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.
• Communicates with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
• Is a master negotiator who thrives on challenges
• Has a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
• Embraces technology and innovation to enhance their business.
• Is highly motivated, adaptable, and a self-starter.
• Bachelor degree in business, or a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to consult clients on real estate matters and provide appropriate solutions
• Experience in sales, especially in the real estate industry
• Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and trends
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year experience in Real Estate in the UAE. Experience in an international market is acceptable too. The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English and hold a Bachelors degree.

The applicant should have a proven track record of achieving target. You must be a team player and have the attitude to learn and implement new strategies.
