Real Estate Sales Consultant - Developer

Job description / Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a top-tier developer in Dubai selling off-plan projects. The company has a great reputation for delivering good quality, affordable projects with good payment plans.

Your role as a Property Consultant is to actively source clients and sell the existing projects in Dubai and outside the UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively promote the active development
- Sell property to investors
- Maintain regular contact with clients
- Keep an excellent network of real estate agents
- Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets set by the company

Provided:
- Extensive in house training
- Visa
- Regular leads
- Good commission structure

AED5,000 - 8,000 Per Month basic salary

Requirements

- 2 Years experience in Dubai real estate
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Valid UAE Drivers License (or your own countries license as long as legal to drive in Dubai)
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Dubai
- Highly motivated and goal orientated
- A passion to succeed
