We are searching for ambitious and money hungry individuals with a passion for working hard and enjoying the lifestyle hard work rewards. We are looking for experienced sales people from the UK market; real estate experience is preferable, but not essential as extensive training is provided

We will develop you, enable you to climb the career ladder give you the tools you need to succeed and work for a Real Estate business with one of the best reputations in the Dubai property market.

The Role:
- Prospect for property listings
- Build relationships to determine what kinds of properties clients are seeking
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers / tenants and landlords
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters

Company will provide the following:
- Career progression (Consultant - Senior Consultant – Team Leader – Executive Consultant/Sales Manager)
- One of the highest commission packages in the market – (Consultant – 50%, Senior Consultant and upwards – 55-65%)

Requirements

- Solid sales skills
- Valid UK Driving license
- Smart appearance
- Warm and confident attitude
- Strong negotiation skills

- High School or Equivalent
