Job description / Role
My prestigious and well respected client is currently searching for a well presented and articulate Receptionist to represent the face of the company.
Responsibilities to include:
- Dealing with inbound queries and correspondence via telephone and email.
- Meeting and greeting high profile clientele.
- General administrative support.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the reception area.
- Coordination of the meeting rooms.
Requirements
- MUST be Arabic speaking
- No experience required, however previous Reception experience would be nice to have
- Immaculately presented
- Excellent communication skills
- MUST be educated to graduate level
