Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to manage all their Front of House requirements. The role is varied and will involve greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area within the business, answering phones, ensuring office supplies and stationery ordering, managing catering requirements for corporate functions and meetings and liaising with couriers to arrange pick-ups etc. In addition, you will also be responsible for the supervision of office support staff such as cleaners and drivers and for their schedules.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task as well as having a dynamic, go getting attitude. Someone who always has a smile on their face and will make all visitors feel welcome and valued, and who can deal with high stress situations calmly and efficiently. A minimum of 2-3 years within a similar role is desirable, preferably within a corporate environment and impeccable presentation is a must.

This is a pivotal role within the business, and the salary will be commensurate with experience.
