Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person in the office or voice mail.
• Facilitate the efficient flow of mail through the office.
• Manage courier deliveries and distributes incoming mail and interoffice mails.
• Greeting all clients, visitors and employees as they come into the office.
• Maintain company correspondence and accounting files.
• Sending and receiving faxes .
• Maintain Office Supplies.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook & Excel.
• Professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
