Job description / Role
• Answer inquiries and obtain information for visitors and other interested parties.
• Provide information regarding activities conducted at establishment; location of departments, offices, and employees within organization.
• Collect, sort, distribute and prepare e-mails, messages and courier deliveries.
• File and maintain records.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Operate telephone, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
• Perform administrative support tasks.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 year experience
• High school diploma
• Dependability – Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable and fulfilling obligations.
• Perfect written & verbal English communications skills.
• Strong computer skills & comfort with Outlook.
