Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main responsibilities:
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls
- Responding to email queries
- Managing accommodation & travel arrangement for senior staff
- Ordering and maintaining office stock ie. stationary
- Managing bookings for conference rooms
- Creating gate passes for external visitors
- Meet and greet external visitors

Requirements

- Strong administration skills
- Confident and hardworking
- Self motivated
- Happy to work as part of a team
- Excellent English required
- Degree in Business administration - not essential
- Stable employment record
- Willing to be flexible
