Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for a Receptionist for our DIFC office. The required working hours will be 5 days per week and 9 hours a day.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.

Our Receptionist’s duties include
- Offering administrative support across the organization.
- You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
- You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

To be successful as a Receptionist
- You should have a pleasant personality
- You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
- Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
- This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have/be
- Highly skilled in greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or section.
- Well-versed in managing client calls book and issuing security passes
- Hands-on experience in giving information to visitors and answering their questions
- Proven record of answering/forwarding calls and taking messages
- Demonstrated ability to deal with phone and email inquiries
- Able to maintain an organized reception area
- Answered all incoming calls and handled caller's inquiries
- Customer Service skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge
