Job description / Role
Job Objective:
• Provide a high quality front-line and administrative service to the company and its customers, whilst always maintaining the Company’s high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Greet clients and provide a welcoming and professional experience.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Take and deliver messages accurately.
• Maintain boardroom bookings.
• Perform general administrative duties including typing and preparation of correspondence.
• Accept courier packages; prepare and organize delivery of courier packages.
• Provide support for tenant meetings.
• Assist PRO in administrative tasks such as typing letters or translations in Arabic.
• Any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum 4 years of experience in the same role.
Operating Environment:
• Must be able to deal with work – related deadlines, accountabilities and responsibilities.
• Must be able to work under frequent job pressure generated by short and inflexible deadlines.
