Job description / Role
Objectives:
• The person selected for this role will be the first person clients see on arriving and so must be well presented, have excellent communication skills and ability to make clients feel welcomed.
Main responsibilities:
• Greet students
• Advise students on which language course to take
• Answer telephone
• Follow up on student leads
• Reporting to: Manager
• Subordinates: N/A
• Other interactions: Teachers and students
• Number required: one
• Duration: Permanent
• Desired start date: 13 October 2019
• Probation: 4 months
• Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, occasionally a few hours on Saturday.
• Travel requirements: N/A
• Gross monthly base salary: 4000 AED tax free
• Commission / Bonus: Bonus possible
Requirements
• University Qualifications: N/A
• Other certifications obtained: Diploma in administration/customer service
• Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years’ experience in an administration position
• Age Range: 25 - 45 years old
• Nationality Preference: Filipino
• Language Fluency: English, essential
• Current Location: Ras Al Khaimah

• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent communication skills and ability to support clients and staff.
