Job description / Role
- Handing all the cash payment.
- Assist thoroughly concerning admin and all office works.
- Be attended and responsive in all incoming calls as well as e-mails as necessary.
- Greet and assist incoming guest and customers
- Re-arrange and maintain all existing and new office records- payment voucher & receipt voucher.
- Maintain office supplies & other necessities as per requirement.
- Keep all the records safely.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office as usual.

Well organized, fast learner, able to work with confidential information, communication skills, computer literate, MS office, petty cash, calls and visitors, office management, assist in other job related tasks.
