Job description / Role
We are seeking a professional and customer service orientated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
• Manage and distribute mail, emails, and deliveries
• Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered
AED 7,000 to 7,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar customer facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Customer service-oriented approach
