Job description / Role
We need an Arabic Female Receptionist who will be responsible to maintain our Front Office Area along with the following tasks:
- To welcome guests and visitors in a professional way.
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Keep and maintain availability of all stationery items for our office.
- Translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa as and when required.
- Handle the schedule of meetings booked for the conference rooms.
- Perform other related tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 2 years minimum of experience in Administration / coordination / Secretarial work.
Must have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English - written and spoken
- Good telephone etiquette
- Good administration and organization skills
- Presentable and smart
- Professional and committed to her work
