Job description / Role
• Administrate the reception area to maintain its appearance as per the set standards.
• Attend all calls and visitors received at reception area in a professional and timely manner.
• Receive company's visitors, clients & customers and provide them essential assistance and support to fulfill their requirements.
• Act as focal point between the line manager & other departments internally & externally.
• Administrate & coordinate the correspondences and documents relevant to line manager.
• Administrate & coordinate the business schedule staff rosters and meeting agenda along with minutes of meeting of line manager. Also administrate & control the file & documentations of line manager.
• Prepare & draft the correspondences inclusive of memos and letters.
• Assist line manager in preparation of monthly reports, tasks, statistics & studies.
• Any additional tasks assigned by line manager or department head.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience of which minimum 3 years must be in a position assuming similar responsibilities with a leading real estate company.
• Must be bilingual (English & Arabic).
