Job description / Role
Urgently seeking a Receptionist for our office based at Downtown Area.
- You will be responsible for managing the front office area and conference rooms.
- You will be assisting the CEO with secretarial tasks.
- Other responsibilities include answering incoming calls, taking messages, keeping the conference rooms in order at all times, greeting clients, and all other duties associated to the smooth running of the Reception.
- As a hostess, you would carry out the following responsibilities:
- Greet clients personally as they enter into the office
- Maintain clean and organize tables and work area
- Ensure the proper setup of dining areas
Requirements
- British or Lebanese or Swedish Female Candidates
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality industry
- Previous experience as a Secretary or a Receptionist
- The candidate must be available in Dubai & ready to join immediately.
