Arabic/English Receptionist for local Law firm, Sheikh Zayed Road

Main tasks
• Handle a busy switchboard with 2 other staff in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Be the smiling face of this legal company.
• Greet visitors and staff in Arabic and English providing relevant information about the company.
• Handle meeting room bookings, couriers and mail.
• Ability to be flexible in hours to make sure that calls are always covered

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Always on time, well presented and dependable.
• Experience in working in a professional environment.
• Self confidence and necessary personal skills to be the first point of contact for the team.
• Can do attitude with enthusiasm and approachability.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, be educated to diploma level with at least 2 years previous experience working as a Receptionist/ Administrator.
