Our client is a leading global company looking for a Receptionist to work in Dubai branch.
This position will will be responsible for greeting clients and answering incoming phone calls; managing boardroom bookings; organizing conference calls; providing general administrative support; ordering and maintaining office supplies and opening and distributing mail and courier packages. Additional duties may include assisting with the planning and coordination of client meetings and events. The successful candidate will be proficient in both the Arabic and English languages (both oral and written).
• Greet clients and provide a welcoming and professional experience
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Accurately take and deliver messages
• Maintain boardroom bookings
• Handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner
• Perform general administrative duties including typing and preparation of correspondence
• Accept courier packages; prepare and organize delivery of courier packages
• Provide support for client events and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Receptionist in a professional services environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 2007 (Word/Excel)
• Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
• Superior communications skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Proven attention to detail
