Job description / Role
Working in a boutique investment firm in the DIFC, this position has been created due to an internal promotion. The organization will therefore provide opportunities for training and future growth as they expect the Receptionist & Office Coordinator will become more involved in the due diligence and KYC process for their global clients.
Joining a tight knit and highly motivated team you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff in the office. Therefore, you will be meeting and greeting all who enter, organizing deliveries, couriers, meeting rooms and facilities. Providing all round office coordination concerning document control, diary management for the senior team, taking minutes in meetings and addressing any maintenance issues, your overall responsibility will be to ensure business continuity to assist with this growing organisation on a daily basis.
As you become fully absorbed within the team you will be provided with opportunities to develop and you will be trained in the client onboarding, due diligence and KYC processes. Reporting into the Administration Manager, you will work very closely with her to ensure all processes are compliant, monitored and achieved in a timely manner. Therefore, on occasion it is expected that you will support the team out of hours when required.
Requirements
If you are highly motivated and have a strong determination to succeed, with a natural curiosity to know more then you should apply for this position. The interviewers want to be impressed by your attitude and tenacity and are willing to train the successful candidate in order to be promoted in the future. You will already be a Receptionist and /or Administrator who performs above and beyond their day to day duties and is always seeking to lighten the workload for your team and seniors. Well presented, articulate and able to communicate with all levels of seniority, successful candidates will also have strong MS Office capabilities including excel and PowerPoint.
