Job description / Role
Duration: Permanent position
Objectives: To source qualified candidates for multiple clients using a mix of social media and job boards.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Support Recruitment Managers in sourcing candidates, coordinating/ scheduling interviews.
- To organize recruitment for all professional and experienced staff
- Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues
- Building a network of the best talent available within markets
- Producing shortlists for specific recruitment assignments
- Use a range of sourcing and recruiting techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to identify top talent for current and future openings
- Build and maintain talent pools for current openings and ongoing business talent needs.
Desired start date: Immediate
Working Hours: Sun - Thursday 9am-5pm
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in as a third-party recruiting agency strongly preferred.
- A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates
- Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, influencing, negotiating and collaborating
- Proven knowledge and expertise in all sourcing methods including using recruiting research, cold calling, warm calling and internet recruiting
- Conducting thorough interviews of candidates and writing candidate reviews
- Strong networking abilities
