Position Title: Recruiter
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based company, leading the Healthcare Business Set up industry.

Job Description:
• Conduct healthcare candidates (nurses, specialty doctors, GPs) sourcing within UAE.
• Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Walk through candidates’ onboarding such as attestations of documents, licenses renewal and or transfer, all ministry regulations as per DHA.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates, background checking and credential verifications as needed.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of deadlines.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 25 to 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• At least 1 year of experience in the same role in healthcare
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
